Updates to Career Reports
Users now have more options with our improved search criteria when pulling their career reports! Use the new fields to select the information to show in the report, by date range, record validation status, and career record areas.
See the newly styled reports! The new Career Profile Report appears digitally, and download or share a PDF version via email.

Making sure everyone receives a certificate at your conference or event is now easier than ever. After you send out your first batch of certificates, if an additional person registers or gets added, you will receive an alert icon in the Action column on both the Manage Conference and Create Training Events & Workshop pages to indicate that there are attendees of the event who have not yet received a certificate. Click on the icon and you’ll be brought to the event. Once you press the send button again, and everyone has received a certificate, the icon will disappear. We hope this enhancement aids you in ensuring that all participants at your events receive their hours for the training you provided.

Upload Your Career Records
A new and improved three-step process for uploading your documents (this includes education, training certificates, including training workshops, CPE, and conferences) is here. You can even use one document to upload multiple certificates at a time. This process uses machine learning to scan your uploads and extract the data into the TECPDS system.
- Log in to the TECPDS dashboard and navigate to the Upload My Careers
- Click ‘Choose File’ on the main screen and select your file.
- Click Upload and review your upload for accuracy before submitting it to TECPDS.
You can upload another career record or return to the dashboard from there.

Re-Enabled Trainer Registry Feature
We have re-enabled users to view all previously created training and events information without having to click the “Search” button to populate data.
Trainer Level Updates
Color coding has been added to help participants understand their progress status. It aligns with the color coding already in place across the trainer levels. Artifact boxes have increased in size for Trainer Levels 3 and 4.
