Step 1: Login to TECPDS, go to My User Account and select the Share My Records tile.
Step 2: Select the report you would like to share in the Which record would you like to Share drop-down.
Step 3: Enter the name of Organization you would like to share the report with in the Share My Records with an Organization field and click Search.
Step 5: Click Select for the appropriate organization then click Submit.
Step 6: The organization will be able to open the report from their Organization dashboard.
Step 1: Login to TECPDS, go to My User Account and select the Connect to My Center or Organization tile.
Step 2: A popup will show, select Organization button from the popup.
Step 3: Click Add an Organization button.
Step 4: In the search field, put in the name of the Organization and click Search.
Step 5: Find the right Organization from the list and click Select for that Organization, then click Submit.
Step 6: The Organization will now show up under the Organization list on the Manage Center and Organization Affiliations page. Make sure to check the box for Authorize Organization to View Profile Report.
Step 7: The organization admin will now be able to see your Career Pathway Report from the Organization dashboard.
