This guide provides detailed instructions for Trainers wanting to submit training documents such as a Video, Evaluation and Synthesis, Needs Analysis and Synthesis, and Annotated Training Plan for the Trainer Micro-credential Program. As a Registered Trainer, you have access to valuable tools and resources located on the Trainer Resources tile on your dashboard.
Step 1: From your User Account on TECPDS, navigate to your “Trainer Progress Level” tile and scroll down to the ‘Artifacts’ section.
Step 2: Click on the item you would like to submit: “Video”, “Evaluation and Synthesis”, “Needs Analysis and Synthesis” or “Annotated Training Plan”.
Step 3: You will be redirected to the CLI Engage website. Click the “Continue” button.
Step 4: On the next page, if you are submitting an Annotated Training Plan, a Needs Analysis and Synthesis, or an Evaluation and Synthesis, click “Launch” on Submission Guideline 1: Training Design course. If you are submitting a Video, click “Launch” on Submission Guideline 2: Embedding Interactive Training Methodologies course.
Step 5: Next, click the “Submission” icon in the middle and then select the “Submit files and exchange feedback with your reviewer” option.
Step 6: On the next page, click the “Add submission” button.
Step 7: In the Online Text box, let us know whether the training you are submitting was created by you or by an organization you work for. Proceed to upload your documents in the File Submissions box and click “Save changes”.
Step 8: Our reviewers will grade your submissions, and you will receive feedback regarding any micro-credential badges earned.
