Hours Awarded: Up to or less than the number of hours that you provided in the training documentation
Start and End Dates and Times: Only the end date is required

1
Option 1:
- Create a training
- Review training on the My Trainings section of the dashboard
- Select the blue + Create Event button for your desired training.
Select New Event
- Complete all required fields denoted by the red asterisks *
- Details of your event can be edited up to the designated start time.
- Rosters are editable for 30 days after the event.

Option 2:
- Go to the My Events
- Select Submit a New Event
- Select the training for which you would like to create the event
- Click OK
- Complete the requested information described in previous slides
