Now, when you login to your Organizational Admin Account Dashboard, you are able to send bulk certificates to all conference sessions. It is important to note that before begin, you have verified all sessions are updated with the correct list of attendees for each session. Once certificates are sent out, you will not be able to edit or update the list anymore.
After you have verified that all sessions are updated with the correct list of attendees for each session, and you are ready to send certificates, go to Manage Conferences from your Organization Admin Account Dashboard.
Locate the conference for which you are sending certificates, and select the brown envelope button.
A pop-up message will appear. Read the message and click Yes to proceed with sending certificate out.
A pop-up screen will show to let you know that your updates have been saved. When you see this pop-up, it is confirmed that the certificates have been sent out.
