The Individual Professional Development Report is a summary of all the information that you’ve added and uploaded into your personal TECPDS account, a history of your early childhood career. The report includes:
- Your Career Lattice level
- Education and credentials
- Work experience
- Professional development and training completed
- Other files you might have uploaded
For TRS providers, this report will be used to score Category 1 of the TRS Assessment, Director and Staff Qualifications and Training.

Login to CLI Engage and select “Individual Professional Development Report” from your dashboard.

The following screen shows the complete record of your information that you’ve uploaded into your TECPDS account. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the button to email a PDF of your report:
If any of the information is out-of-date or incorrect, refer to our how-to guides linked below in the Related Resources to make updates!

You’ll see this confirmation message:

Your report will be emailed to the email address you have in your TECPDS account. Look for an email titled “Your Professional Development Report is Ready.” Click the link in this email:

Then, you’ll be taken back to TECPDS, where you can download your report. Click the button to download:

Save or print your report for your records! The first section of the report shows you a visual display of all of the professional development you’ve entered, with the top section displaying the last 365 days and the bottom section showing your career professional development achievements. Based on the information you entered into your account, you can see gaps in your professional development and where you fall on the early childhood career pathway. The second part of the report provides a breakdown of all the professional development information entered, including
- Education, Coursework and Credentials
- Training Workshops and Conferences; and
- Work Experience
The report may be many pages long, based on your career and the records entered on TECPDS!
