Follow the steps below to print your staff’s career reports:
Step 1: Login to TECPDS and scroll down to your “Center Director Account Summary” and click the “Staff Career Reports” tile. Only Center Directors have access to this button.
Step 2: After clicking the “Staff Career Reports” tile, you can select for all of the staff, or select only those you wish to see by checking the names. Remember that only staff who have connected to your center on TECPDS will be shown in this list.
Step 3: Click the “View Records Report” for the selected staff.
Step 4: You can view the staff career reports online, or download and save copies of the reports. Click the button to receive the reports in the form of a link via email.
Step 5: Select the link to open a PDF copy of your report. You must be logged into TECPDS to access it.
